How do I know if the Miss Rizos products will work on me?
All hair textures can use our products. They were created for all textures, but with curls, coils and waves in mind. If you have a special condition and have questions, we recommend you consult your doctor.
How to use the products?
Each product has easy instructions on the bottle. If this is your first time, we recommend buying Shampoo, Conditioner, Deep Treatment and Leave In to start.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final
Are the products safe?
They are made with 100% safe, mostly naturally derived ingredients and are free from sulfates, parabens, silicones and minerals.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

How to visit the salon?
You can make your appointment here. Bookings allow us to guarantee that all the attention of our stylist will be on you and you only.
Are there requirements to visit the salon?
Some services have requirements, such as braids, which require the hair to have 3 inches of growth. These requirements are specified on the appointment page. In most cases, there are no requirements. Remember to be on time, bring good vibes and enjoy!
Will Carolina do my hair?
Carolina is our founder and CEO. Her responsibilities today no longer include styling or direct salon management, but her good vibes are always with us. Our team is highly trained and you can trust that you will receive the same quality service and care that Carolina once offered our community.
What if I want a specific stylist?
Our entire team is extremely talented and certified in the area of styling your appointment requires. We assign you the ideal stylist for you based on the specifications you provide when making your appointment. If you still prefer to schedule with someone specific, you can contact us by phone. Please keep in mind that the availability varies and it may take a little bit longer to schedule your appointment.

How Do I know what my hair needs right now?
We recommend you make a consultation appointment here to learn more about your hair and the ideal routine to take care of it.
My hair used to be curly but not anymore, how do I get it back to natural?
If you have gone through chemical processes or used heat (hair dryer, iron) in the last year, you will need to go through a transition process to return to your curly texture. Learn more about it here: [transition blog tag]
I don't like my texture. How do I change it?
Your texture is perfect because it is unique, only yours. No two textures are the same. If you go to the salon we can teach you how to get the most out of your texture.
How do I keep my hair healthy?
